Hello! My name is Nicky and I’m glad you found my website. Let me explain what I do and what you can expect from working with me.

I’m a Certified Tax Specialist (Steuerfachwirtin), or CTS for short. My services include financial and payroll accounting as well as administrative work.

Gladly I work for queer and neurodivergent people (which I am both also), for Black people and People of Colour, for sexworkers and for everyone who has their difficulties with the topics accounting, taxes and forms and maybe had bad experiences in the past with tax law firms.

It is especially important for me that my clients always feel comfortable with me and that they always can ask if something isn’t clear. I take the time to explain what you’d like to know and I want to be the solution you are looking for.

It’s your decision alone how we communicate. I offer online meetings with or without video, phone or voice calls or texting via messenger. I currently use Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Discord and Skype, as well as Wire, Threema, Signal, Teleguard, Telegramm and WhatsApp.

My way of working is otherwise very digital too and I use several cloud storage services for document exchanging. For accounting tasks I use the HiDrive cloud from the German company Strato and I would create an account for you there. Additionaly, I use Microsoft One Drive, Google Drive, Nextcloud, DropBox, pCloud and WeTransfer.

There, you can choose the way of communication you prefer and tell me when you’re generally available.

During this meeting, we talk about your case, possible particularities and your whishes towards our cooperation. Afterwards you can decide if you want to commission me or not. During this meeting I also explain what documents I need when and what the best solution would be. This initial meeting is free of charge (up to one to one and a half hours).

Afterwards, I would share a folder on the cloud storage service in question with you and then we would go on from there.
